Karen E., Patient Manager
Karen has been a part of the "BRAYCES" team since 1981. She is a Certified Dental Assistant, Registered Dental Assistant, and Certified Orthodontic Assistant.

Her primary responsibility is as Patient Manager, working chairside with Dr. Bray and Dr. Pfund. Karen is also a skilled Treatment Coordinator which means she can greet the new patients with the doctor, explain and set up the treatment plan, take diagnostic records, and work with the patient throughout treatment until that "BRAYCES" smile is achieved.

Karen believes her greatest challenge was delivering a lecture to train dental assistants throughout the country at the American Association of Orthodontists convention in Philadelphia. Her greatest accomplishment, however, "is all the wonderful people I meet in our office and the friends I have made."

Debbie, Insurance Coordinator
I enjoy working with families on any insurance questions or concerns. I have been apart of the "BRAYCES" team for over 11 years. Please call me at (877) 683-9891 for assistance.

Kathy, Patient Manager
A Patient Manager with Dr. Bray and Dr. Pfund since September of 1989, Kathy is loved by her patients for her quiet, patient understanding, her professional demeanor, and her genuine concern for the patients' needs. A thorough knowledge of orthodontics makes treatment a wonderful experience for those she assists.

How does she feel about her profession? "What I like best is seeing the patients attitudes change once they start seeing results and are happier with themselves."

Kirk, Administrative Assistant
Kirk has worked for Dr. Bray and Dr. Pfund for almost 11 years. He also worked for them when he was younger during summers off from school, so he has been able to work in many different areas in the office. Kirk likes working in the office because everyday we make someone happy with their new smile, and it is very rewarding to hear our patients continually thanking their patient managers as well as the rest of the staff. Working for Dr. Bray and Dr. Pfund is also a great experience because as staff members, we get to work in many areas outside of the office, like the School Program, "BRAYCES" Skating Parties, Health Fairs, as well as many other functions.

Michele, Treatment Coordinator
Michele has been with "BRAYCES" for over 27 years. She is one of the people who greets our new patients and helps them and their families to have a full understanding of orthodontic treatment procedures.

A Treatment Coordinator has a valuable place in any orthodontic office. She must combine her extensive knowledge of orthodontics and her exceptional communications skills to clarify treatment objectives and answer questions. She is there to learn the patient's concerns and start to build the relationship necessary to successful treatment.

Michele is extremely proud to let everyone know that she works for Dr. Bray and Dr. Pfund. "They are the best in their field, at the forefront of technology, and involved in continuing education. Because of this, our entire staff is constantly learning and sharing. There has never been a dull moment in 20 years. I work for and with the very best people and consider every patient and their families as my friends."

Michele B., Patient Manager
Michele has a beautiful son, named Ahmed. Her hobbies include batik which is a method of dying fabric using heated wax and dye, ceramics, and reading. One of the things that she enjoys most of all at "BRAYCES" is creating a new beautiful smile. She boosts patient self-esteem and confidence. At our office we have a wonderful patient manager system, which allows us to create a personal relationship with our patients. Michele truly feels our patients are getting the best treatment available.

K.C., Patient Manager
Affectionately known as KC, she has been in the "BRAYCES" practice since September 2000. Having previous experience in the dental field, KC is a "natural" and has become our "office specialist" at running the clinic efficiently.

Her positive attitude, willingness to learn, and natural ability have contributed to her swift rise within the practice. Part of the fun in the office is due to her kindness and interest in the patients.

KC's duties encompass everything from sterilization and supplies to computer technology. She is furthering her education by attending classes in radiology and science. Goal-oriented, KC's short term plans are "to become familiar with what I don't know and master what I do know." Long term, she hopes to obtain her science degree.

Her philosophy is to lighten the load, brighten the day, and share a smile.

Stephanie, Clinical Assistant
I have recently completed hygiene school and work part time at "BRAYCES" orthodontics. The smile on a patient once they get their brayces off is priceless. It gives me great pleasure to know that I am apart of making a difference in someone's life!

Debbie, Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator
Debbie is a clinical assistant at the office of Dr. Bray and Dr. Pfund. She has four daughters ages 11 to 20, and a husband of 19 years. She has worked at this practice for over 4 years and finds it very rewarding and a lot of fun. It is such a pleasure to assist the doctors and staff in creating beautiful and happy smiles. Debbie's duties include patient training, sterilization, documentation, and preparation for each procedure. Primarily, it is a continuous learning experience. Debbie finds it such fun to work with all the kids that come into the office every day.

We are pleased to include new additions to the Brayces team:

Tracy, Clinical Assistants

Jessica Eisele, Clinical Assistants
I started working at "BRAYCES" in September of 2007. I am taking a radiography class at Camdem County College. I went to Rutgers, New Brunswick for economics. The thing I enjoy most about working at "BRAYCES" is being able to watch the patient's smile improve from the first appointment until the last appointment at the removal. Seeing a patient leave with a beautiful smile is a very rewarding experience.

Donna Shea, Clinical Assistants

Heather D'Amore, Clinical Assistants

Melissa P, Secretary

I am new to the “BRAYCES” team having joined the beginning of this year. Primarily I assist at the front desk and in the back office. I enjoy getting to meet new people when they come in to start treatment.  It is also great to see the big smile on a patient’s face when they leave after getting their braces off.  I enjoy being able to work in a great environment with wonderful patients and a great staff.

Renee, Clinical Assistants

Lynn, Financial Coordinator

Melissa Kelly, Treatment Coordinator and Receptionist
I have been part of the “Brayces” team for two years as a receptionist and now a treatment coordinator. My favorite part of my job is being able to meet new patients and their family’s everyday and help them to understand their particular orthodontic needs and plan for treatment. By being a patient as well as an employee, I have learned so much about teeth and braces and I enjoy being able to share this with our patients. Melissa Kelly

Kristin Hacket, Office Administrator

I have been part of the “BRAYCES” team since August of 2006. I will be getting married in August of 2008. I enjoy being able to help patients and parents with their questions and concerns when they call the office over the phone or have questions at the front desk. I also help answer financial questions and call patients to follow up and schedule appointments. I enjoy seeing people coming in and having a bigger smile each time knowing they are one visit closer to having wonderful teeth. The smile people leave our office with once the braces are removed is priceless and it is something that will make them smile for the rest of their life. Kristin Hacket
