Meet our Staff

Our office is unique in that we utilize the Patient Manager System, which Dr. Bray first implemented and now presents to other orthodontists, helping them to use the system in their office. When you come to our office, you will be assigned to a patient manager. Your patient manager works with the doctor and will see you each time you come to the office for a visit. By having your own patient manager, you are able to form a relationship with the person who knows all about your treatment.

Our team keeps up-to-date on new orthodontic advances by attending continuing education classes and many seminars, conferences, and lectures every year.

We are a strong team that works together to provide the best orthodontic treatment to our favorite member of our team: YOU! We hold many staff meetings and retreats to continue to communicate the need of our patients to each other and to consistently provide treatment in the best possible manner.

Karen ~ Patient Manager

Karen has been part of the Brayces team since 1981. She is a Certified Dental and Orthodontic Assistant.  As a patient manager, Karen works closely with her patients, one on one, making sure that each of her patient's treatment is proceeding as scheduled.  Throughout the years at Brayces, Karen has enjoyed meeting all the wonderful people that have come to the office and has made lasting friendships with many.

Kirk ~ Office Manager

Kirk has been part of the Brayces team since 1997.  As the Office Manager of the practice, Kirk never has a dull moment.  He manages multiple offices and staff with a cheerful and encouraging spirit.  He is happily married with three adorable children.  Kirk enjoys spending time with his family and finds his work at Brayces Orthodontics very rewarding.

KC ~ Patient Manager

KC has been apart of the Brayces team since November 2000. As a Patient Manager, KC works closely, one on one with her patients, making sure that each patient's progress is proceeding on schedule. It is obvious that KC enjoys her job and cares very much about her patients' well being. KC is happily married with one lovely daughter.

Debbie ~ Treatment Coordinator

Debbie joined the Brayces team in 2001. As a Treatment Coordinator, Debbie's duties include meeting with new patients and their families to help guide them through the treatment process, explaining treatment plans and options, office policies and presenting financial information. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach and reading. Debbie is happily married with four lovely daughters.

Jessica ~ Patient Manager

Jessica has been on the Brayces team since 2007. As a Patient Manager, Jessica works closely, one on one with her patients, making sure that each of her patient's treatment is proceeding as scheduled. In her spare time Jessica enjoys, reading, snowboarding and going to the beach.

Kimberly ~ Treatment Coordinator

Kimberly has been a part of the Brayces team since May 2009. Her duties at the office include meeting with new patients and their families to help guide them through the treatment process, explaining treatment plans and options, office policies, and presenting financial information. Kimberly finds it rewarding to know that she is contributing to so many healthy, beautiful smiles.

Stephanie ~ Dental Hygienist

Stephanie has been with the Brayces team since December 2001. With many years of experience as a dental hygienist, Stephanie is a valuable asset to our practice. As a Patient Manager, she works closely, one on one with her patients and makes sure that their progress is right on schedule. Stephanie is happily married with three adorable children.

Donna ~ Treatment Coordinator

Donna joined the Brayces team in November 2007. As a Treatment Coordinator Donna's duties include meeting with new patients and their families to help guide them through the treatment process, explaining treatment plans and options, office policies and presenting financial information. Donna's easygoing personality makes her a pleasure to work with and is a real asset to the practice. She is happily married with two teenage daughters.

Vicki ~ Clinical Assistant

Vicki joined the Brayces team in September 2010. Her duties as a Clinical Assistant include sterilization, taking photos for records, instructing the patients in the care of their braces and patient relations. Vicki enjoys her work and takes pleasure in the fact that she is contributing to so many beautiful, healthy smiles. She is happily married with one son and one daughter.

Jordan ~ Clinical Assistant

Jordan started out as a patient at Brayces and was so interested in the field of orthodontics that he has decided to make it his career. His duties as a Clinical Assistant include sterilization, taking photos for records, instructing the patients in the care of their braces and patient relations. Jordan is currently a student at Stockton College and his goal is to become an orthodontist. 

Kate ~ Clinical Assistant

Kate has been part of the Brayces team since 2009.  Her duties as a clinical assistant include sterilization, taking photos, instructing the patients in the care of their braces and patient relations.  Kate is a real asset to the practice because of her happy attitude and cheerful ways with the patients.

Brittany ~ Clerical

Brittany has been part of the Brayces team since 2008.  She is a 2011 graduate of Salisbury University with a Bachelors degree in Education.  Brittany loves working with children and young adults so her personality is a great fit for our orthodontic practice.  Her calm and cheerful demeanor has proven to be a real asset to our office.  Brittany's duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and planning events hosted by Brayces Orthodontics.

Lynne C ~ Clerical

 Lynne has been part of the Brayces team since 2009.  Lynne's responsibilities at the front desk are numerous.  With her sunny disposition, she manages new patient calls, financial matters, and scheduling.  Lynne is an excellent multi-tasker and she keeps things at the front desk running smoothly.  She is the proud mom of two sons.

Lynn B ~ Clerical

Lynn has been part of the Brayces team since October 2005.  She is responsible for handling insurance matters and financial concerns.  She enjoys seeing all the beautiful, healthy smiles when the patients are finished with treatment.  Lynn is the mother of four children. There is nothing that she enjoys more than having all her children and their friends gathered around her kitchen table for a delicious meal she has prepared for them.
